You can enter a new proxy bid at any time by entering a bid greater than your current high bid.

A proxy bid is the highest amount you are willing to pay for an auction item.

Note: After watching hundreds of auctions and talking to thousands of bidders, we think using proxy bids in your bidding strategy works best for most people. Features: 30 year architectural grade shingles in Desert Tan, Vinyl siding in Tan, Pella tilt windows with screens, French door in dining room, solid pine interior doors, cathedral ceilings in living room & kitchen/Dining, vaulted ceilings & walk-in closet with private master-bath with corner shower.

Constructed with Energy Star approved techniques, including R-38 insulation in ceilings/R-21 in exterior walls, insulated windows.

Interior walls are sheet rock, spackled and primed - Rough electric passed inspection - Rough-in plumbing by licensed plumber and inspected

Footings, foundations, pillars, slab, steel I-Beams or other means of supporting the building at its new location must be provided by the buyer and are NOT part of this bid. Additionally, the modular sections are not 100% complete and the buyer will be responsible, at buyer’s cost, expense and risk, for all finish work, plumbing, foundation, HVAC, disassembly and re-assembly of the modular units as well as final inspections as required by local and state building codes
