These parcels will be offered as both a live and online sale. Additionally the parcels will all be sold separately as well as in four combinations, the successful high bidder(s) will be those whose combination brings the highest total dollar amount. After selling the parcels separately, the auctioneer will sell parcel #1 and #2 together followed by #2 and #3 together, and then parcel #1 and #3 together. The last way this property will be offered is with all parcels being sold for one bid price.
A deposit will be required in the form of cash or certified funds on the day of sale for each property being listed as follows: Parcel #1 will require a $10,000.00 deposit, Parcel #2 will require a $5,000.00 deposit, and Parcel #3 will require a $10,000.00 deposit. 20% of the remaining balance will be due as a deposit within 24 hours of bid approval with the final balance being due at closing within 30 days. |
