With a solid understanding of information management, databases and technical expertise, Corey organizes and manages the extreme volume of information that our business involves, including fraud detection, research, systems development, and buyer information. Corey provides rock-solid oversight of our computer and network systems, keeping our technology tuned-up for business. Corey’s analysis and management of our auction technology ensures that all client data is secure, for both sellers and bidders. The technology and equipment that Corey maintains is used to conduct live public auctions, and our online silent auctions. In addition, Corey provides a wide variety of valuable assistance to each member of our management team, including clerking and cashier duties.

Live Auction Manager,

Organizes and administrates staff at live public auctions, and is our liaison for government agencies who we sell for. Don compiles all of the data about the auction merchandise to be sold, and enters that information into our computerized clerking and checkout system. Don also collects and balances the funds we receive from purchasers, and generates any required titles, deeds, reports or other required paperwork at the sale. After the auction has concluded, Don works closely with the Seller to finalize the sales, and makes the payment(s) to the consignor for the merchandise sold at the auction. Any questions or concerns from live auction customers are handled by Don’s department, along with title and deed preparations, title transfers and DMV paperwork.

With over 18 years’ experience as a live auctioneer graduate of Emporium Auction School of Gloversville, NY class of 1994, and 15 years of internet sales, Jeff’s area covers central New York. His heavy experience in business liquidations and estate dispersals provides our customers since 2006 with exemplary service and know-how. Jeff also coordinates Onondaga County as well as the City of Syracuse surplus auctions on line. In addition as a licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson Jeff is first back up auctioneer for our Real Estate Auctions.
