Digital Control System Circuitboards, Parts & Racks
Bailey INFI 90 / OIS 20, Woodward Governor 501 and other control system parts from the New York Power Authority Holtsville, NY facility located in central Long Island.

Present or former employees and family members of the New York Power Authority are not permitted to purchase or bid on NYPA items.

The Power Authority is selling this digital control system equipment for a single bulk bid to the highest bidder. This lot contains both new and used control system parts from a power plant setup. The parts listed as new are brand-new, and have never been used. All the used parts in this lot have been stored in temperature controlled areas, and are now inside of anti-static bags, and were operational when taken out of service.

Item sold subject to seller approval after bids close. For payments made with cash, money order, wire-transfer or guaranteed funds, a discounted buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to the high bid price. A 13% non-discounted buyer's premium will be added to the high bid price for payments made with credit cards, debit cards, personal or business checks. Applicable sales tax(es) will be charged on all items. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Item sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty written or implied. Buyer responsible for inspecting the items before placing bids, and prompt item removal within ten business days after receipt of invoice. Items left on seller's premises after this removal deadline will be subject to repossession, with no refunds issued.

Inspection hours will be during normal plant operating hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-2PM. Item located at New York Power Authority Richard M. Flynn Power Plant, 607 Union Ave., Holtsville, New York 11742.

 REMOVAL TERMS
This item cannot be shipped. Buyer solely responsible for removal of items from seller's premises within (10) Business Days after bid approval. Buyer must contact the seller to schedule a removal appointment, before access will be granted to the merchandise. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. All item(s) are sold "As-Is", "Where-Is", with no guarantees, neither written or implied. Items left on seller's premises after the designated pickup deadline are subject to re-possession by the seller. If you are going to have trouble picking your purchased items up by the deadline, call our office immediately!
 PAYMENT TERMS
Payment will be due immediately upon notification of seller approval by email invoice, after the Seller approves the bids. After you receive the invoice, you will have four (4) business days to get your payment mailed to our office, or your account will be suspended, and the item will be awarded to the backup-bidder, or re-listed.
