Payment Terms: Payment will be due immediately upon notice of seller approval by cash or certified bank check after the seller approves the bids.  The USMS has final approval of sale price.  After you receive notice you will have three (3) business days to mail your payment to STB STORAGE. Your account will be suspended and the item will be awarded to the back up bidder if payment is not received as indicated above.

There is NO BUYER'S PREMIUM in effect for this auction.

Removal Terms

This item cannot be shipped. Buyer solely responsible for removal of items from seller's premises within five (5) Business Days after bid approval. Buyer must contact the seller to schedule a removal appointment, before access will be granted to the merchandise. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Items left on seller's premises after the designated pickup deadline are subject to re-possession by the seller. 

Terms of Sale

Item(s) sold subject to seller’s approval after bids close. There is no buyer’s premium. All payments made payable to STB Storage.  Payment must be received within three (3) business days from bid award.  All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Items are sold as is where is with no warranty written or implied.  Buyer is responsible for inspecting item(s) before placing bids and prompt removal within five (5) business days after bid award.  Seller is not responsible for providing tools or heavy equipment to aid in removal of items.  A sales certification form is required to be completed by successful bidder at time of pick up.  A certificate to obtain title (US Form 97) will be given to successful bidder at time of removal.  A current state issued drivers license or US Passport must be shown at time of removal by successful bidder.
