 We hope this message finds you well. As we approach the final stages of our City's auction, we aim to ensure that all participants are fully aware of the terms and conditions, specifically regarding term #8, which limits the number of properties a single bidder can purchase to five (5).

 We've noticed queries about our platform allowing bids on multiple properties and wish to clarify the process as the auction closure date on the 21st draws near. Please understand that bidding privileges will be revoked for accounts that become the successful high bidder for 5 properties. It is important to highlight that bidders will not have the option to select which 5 properties they wish to purchase. Upon achieving 5 successful high bids on properties, your account will be automatically locked for the remainder of the online auction.

 Should your account remain the high bidder on additional properties after your account and bidding privileges have been revoked, please be advised that you will not be recognized as the high bidder for those additional properties. In such cases, these properties will be offered to the backup bidder at their backup bid price.

 We urge you to bid wisely, keeping in mind that once you win 5 properties, your account will be locked, and you will be obligated to finalize the purchase of those 5 properties and those 5 properties only.
