You can enter a new max bid at any time by entering a bid greater than your current high bid.

In order to be able to participate in this online sale you must print-off the Online Bidder Registration Packet- Niagara County Admin, fill it out in its entirety, and mail or hand deliver the originals to our office at 11167 Big Tree Rd, East Aurora NY 14052. We must have this packet in our office no later than February 19, 2021 at 4pm (EST), no exceptions. If we do not receive your paperwork, you will not be able to participate in this online sale. You will not be able to bid until we receive your packet.

Auctioneer Notes: House appears to have been well maintained. All the utilities are on. In the Auctioneers opinion, the house is move in ready but the rugs need to be cleaned or replaced. Auctioneer noticed 3 cracks in the basement wall that appear to be from settling from age. The cracks appear to be sealed and have no indications of moisture. The basement is dry and has a sump pump. The shrubbery appears to be healthy but needs to be trimmed.  Should you decided to hire an inspector prior to the auction closing we will make access available by appointment only at an agreed upon time.
