Item Description:

Modular House 1,340 Sq Ft

3 bedroom, 2 baths full-unfinished - (2) 13' x 52' modular sections which must be separated and relocated via trailer to new owner's lot, NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 20, 2019.

Constructed by students of the Construction Technology Classes under supervision of qualified instructors.

Features: roof 30-year architect grade shingles. Hinged roof to facilitate transportation. Blue vinyl siding, tilt glass double hung windows, constructed with Energy Star approved techniques.

Rough electric passed inspection, rough-in plumbing and pressure tested.

Footings, foundations, pillars, slab, steel I-Beams or other means of supporting the building at its new location must be provided by the buyer and are NOT part of this bid.  Additionally, the modular sections are not 100% complete and the buyer will be responsible, at buyer’s cost, expense and risk, for all finish work, plumbing, foundation, HVAC, disassembly and re-assembly of the modular units as well as final inspections as required by local and state building codes.

Warranty: There are no implied or expressed warranties, guarantees or other certifications. Buyer will accept and provide for all liabilities, contingencies and other issues that may arise from the acquisition  of the modular units. Further, it is the responsibility of the buyer to accurately ascertain actual dimensions of the structure.

The buyer must secure all necessary permits required for moving the house over-the-road. Adequate insurance to cover the value of the house and liability of both the buyer and BOCES during the period of re-location must be provided by the buyer. Proof of such insurance must be presented prior to relocation.
