In order to be able to participate in this online sale you must print-off the Online Bidder Registration Packet- SCHALMONT, fill it out in its entirety, and mail or hand deliver the originals to our office at 11167 Big Tree Rd, East Aurora NY 14052. We must have this packet in our office no later than March 16, 2021 at 4pm, no exceptions. If we do not receive your paperwork, you will not be able to participate in this online sale. You will not be able to bid until we receive your packet.

PROPERTY DETAILS:
This property is located approximately 1.5 miles East of the Interstate 88.  The entrance to this facility appears to be shared with the neighboring industrial park.  The property appears to have a green chain-link fence along the Eastern and Southern property borders. There appears to be a gate in the chain link fence at the Southeastern border of the property.  The Western side of this property runs parallel to the train tracks.  The Northern side of the parcel runs parallel to Highway 7 (Duanesburg Rd)  As you enter this parcel you will note a small building on the right hand side of the main entrance. This building is said to have been the former guard shack for this building/facility and has not been utilized in a number of years.  There is a driveway opening between the guard shack and the chain-link fence.  Nearly all parking appears to be paved, however the facility was snow covered when the Auctioneer was onsite, so condition is unknown. 

The entire building appears to have poured concrete floors block/brick walls and a steel truss roof.  Various I/H beams support the high ceilings through the building. Due to the age of the building it is believed there may be asbestos and lead based paint throughout.  The school district and Auctions International must stress that this sale is "as-is, where-is" and assumes no risk or liability will respect to any environmental concerns. 

For purposed of explanation we have assigned names to different sections of the building.  We have named the four (4) warehouse sections 1-4 accordingly.  These name references will assist in maneuvering through the virtual 360 tour as well as understanding the descriptions below. We have also created a colorful rough layout of the facility using different colored boxes, seen on the last image of this listing. This has also been posted under the "documents" tab.
