STEP #1)
In order to be able to participate in this online sale you must print-off the Online Bidder Registration Packet-Trenton , fill it out in its entirety and mail the originals to our office. We must have this packet in our office no later than July 5, 2022 at 4pm (EST), no exceptions. If we do not receive your paperwork, you will not be able to participate in this online sale.

STEP #2)
Once you have completed your Online Bidder Registration Packet- Trenton  and mailed it to our office, you must then create an online account. Remember to use promo code TRENTON22 to waive the one-time membership fee to our website.

STEP #3)
Although the online auction is listed on the website, it will not begin accepting bids until June 21, 2022 at 12PM. At that time, you can place your bid(s) on parcels of interest


-The "Details" portion of most of the property listings has a clickable "Property Address". By clicking on the address, you will be directed to an online mapping tool. (Get directions or explore the area)

-Once you enter a bid, online, there is no "removing" or "retracting" your bid. Please be diligent and cautious when participating in this sale.

-Every evening starting around 6pm our online surplus auctions begin to close. You are strongly encouraged to watch an auction close. (Please DO NOT "test out" how to place bids on ANY of our online sales)

(2) Buildings on a single parcel.

Building One:
Former office building and most recently a public library. White single story building sits at the corner of Trenton Falls St and Quarry Rd.  Building has four rooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a finished basement with storage room. Building is handicap accessible include wheelchair ramps as well as a stair lift from the first floor to the basement (operational condition unknown).  


Building Two:
Former Ambulance Building.  Red building with (2) garage bays. The section of the building to the left of the garage bays are the former "live-in" barracks for the EMS personnel. This area include (2) small rooms, a bathroom with small shower, and a kitchen area with washer/dryer hookups. The section of the building to the right of the garage bays appears to have been utilized as office space with vaulted ceilings in the main room and small private office section. Building has a Centurion generator our front.

This property is currently a part of a larger tax map parcel and is in the process of being sectioned out with new boundaries and legal description.  The Town has already started this process and a survey of the parcel has already been included. The Town revised their Zoning Map over a year ago and filed it with the State which included the change to this particular parcel. The Town Attorney states that the parcel will be divided and filed after the sale using the new Survey being finished by the Surveyor.
