A Message From Our Company Regarding COVID-19

During these trying times, first and foremost we want to make sure you are staying safe. We also want to reassure you that on our end we immediately implemented safety protocols for the protection of everyone prior to the enforcement of it.

We are fully operational and our staff is functioning in the safety of their homes. They have complete access to get your items sold and payments processed while answering any questions by phone and email. Our after-hours phone support is in place as well.

From an operational standpoint,  please be advised of the following:
  • When scheduling your pickup or removal with the seller, please make sure to make an appointment.
  • In-person inspections, pickups and payment dates and times may be subject to change due to closure of facilities.
  • If the seller is unavailable due to unexpected closings, the 10-day pickup rule may be extended as needed.
  • Finally, we understand that the economic situation is not stable at this time.  If you feel you might not have the funds available at the end of the auction, please do not bid.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office:  800-536-1401

Thank you for your continued patronage.  We will get through this together.

After The Sale!

Asset Pickup/Removal
We suggest following the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for how to stay healthy and help prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

When picking up auction purchases during this time, please follow local guidelines on physical distancing and staying home. Please utilize a third party, shipper/hauler where applicable.

If you are meeting a consignor in person, we recommend arranging your meeting directly with the contact of the auction. We also recommend you do not physically touch (i.e. shake hands) with the contact person.
Please understand that travel restrictions may be in place, delaying your ability to pick up assets.

Clean and disinfect items
Clean and disinfect any items you pick up.

Be sure to clean any asset before bringing it into your home. Learn about the guidelines from the CDC on cleaning and disinfecting product.

Use online payment methods
We suggest utilizing the online payment methods we have available; credit/debit card and wire transfers.
If you choose to pay electronically using a wire transfer, avoid payment links and log in directly through your banks website.

Beware of Fraudulent Activity
Please be aware of an increase in online fraud schemes related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The FBI warns of fake CDC emails as well as “phishing” emails that ask people to verify personal information to receive economic stimulus checks, receive refund checks, fake testing kits, cures or vaccines, receive financial relief or make charitable contributions.

Remember that all Auctions International, Inc. emails are  ____@auctionsinternational.com.

Great News!

You asked for it and it is happening! We have made the decision to open up our online auction marketplace to EVERYONE!

We understand that many of our customers may be financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and we want to help however we can. With that said, we will be temporarily waiving our seller's commission on all absolute auction contracts!

We hope this provides a new opportunity for you to turn some assets into funds.

If you're interested in working with us or if you have any additional questions, please contact our office directly at 800-536-1401 or listings@auctionsinternational.com

**By definition, an absolute auction is a type of auction where the sale is awarded to the highest bidder. Absolute auctions do not have a reserve price. The high bid price is the final selling price.**
